A Short List of Emo Fashion Tips

I'd like to offer a short list of emo fashion tips for you crazy kids out there just getting into the whole emo scene. In this post, I'll limit myself to fashion tips for emo males, but these tips should work equally well for both guys and girls as emo style is distinctly feminine to begin with.

First of all, regardless of whatever you decide to wear, make sure that your clothes are at least one size too small. Two sizes too small is preferable, but work with what's available to you. If you've got a little sister, raid her closet and you'll be well on your way to creating the perfect emo outfit.

Second, I can't stress enough how well-placed eye liner can do wonders for your look. Remember, guys, nothing turns a "regular dud" into an "emo stud" like liberally applied black eyeliner.
