Emo poetry

This new generation of teens has been quite a crazy one with the new fashion, clique, and music subculture of emo. Emo is a shortening for the word emotional, meaning having very sensitive emotions that are unpredictable. Although, a lot of these kids do not reflect what the name of the subculture suggests.

What does reflect the name however is when a claimed emo kid writes something down: a short story or poem. Emo poetry and stories tend to go along the lines of being very depressed and emotional, so much that the person wants to kill him or herself.
