Kids these days go to ridiculous lengths to call out for attention, like the popular subculture of Emo. Whether the attention is received from their parents, their teachers, or even other kids their own age it doesn't matter, they just crave attention.

But the longer this facade goes on, the more people are recognizing people for who they really are: limelight lovers. There are even been emo cartoons that make fun of these kids and how ridiculous the kids are acting. It's just absurd what these kids think get them attention because in reality, it really is getting them the attention that they want.
